306 bills failed last Friday’s deadline while 213 bills failed this same deadline in 2021 and 222 failed in 2019. This year has a notable increase in failed bills which made it to the Appropriations Committees of the Assembly and Senate.
The next Legislative Deadline will require all bills be voted out of their house of origin and move on the their second house, it falls on Friday, June 2nd. We’ll have another comparison graph for you thereafter!
