Archived Tracking forms don’t typically show in your reports unless you’ve specifically selected for them. By Auto Archiving your Chaptered and Vetoed measures from 2023, you can clean up all of your reports at once! The Archived Tracking forms will continue to record your positions and notes etc. and can be included in your reports for an end-of-session review.
Note: Archiving tracking forms affects your entire CapitolTrack account. Be sure to discuss this action with any colleagues who also log into your CapitolTrack before making this decision.
